Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  We are ready to enroll; what information is needed?

     A:  If you are a new student, we would love to have a Meet & Greet with you and your child(ren).  Please submit the waiver and  registration forms.  See the individual program page or Sign Up page.
 

Q:  The session has already started; can we still enroll?

     A:  Absolutely!  We have rolling admission for all of our programs as long as we have space.
 

Q:  If we enroll mid-session, will the price be pro-rated?

     A:  Certainly!  We will pro-rate the cost for enrollments after the start of a session.
 

Q:  We have an unplanned family vacation; can we receive a refund?

     A:  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or credit for classes once we have received the registration form.
 

Q:  What is your cancellation and refund policy?

     A:  We will not offer refunds or make ups for sessions cancelled due to reasons out of our control, including inclement weather.  In those instances only, when cancelling classes is beyond our control, we do not offer refunds, credits or make ups.  
 
Similarly, if a student is absent from programming for any reason (sick, out of town, unable to commute, etc), we do not offer refunds, credits or make-ups.  If, however, we cancelled a class based on something within our control (insufficient staffing, unsecured class location, etc), we would absolutely offer a refund, credit or make-up class.
